How Brainstormer handles review and decisions

You set 3 to 6 strategic goals with weights when you create the workspace, for example retention, cost to serve and time to market. Every idea gets impact, cost, risk and strategic fit scores from 1 to 10 and a weighted total, with a short written rationale so a reviewer can disagree with a reason and not just a number.

Duplicates are detected and merged with authors and votes preserved, so nobody loses credit. Ideas are grouped into themes, and each one moves through a pipeline from submitted to in review, shortlisted, approved, in progress, implemented or rejected, with every change logged. At the end of a challenge, the board report shows the ranking, themes, stage counts and a recommendation, ready to print to PDF or export as Markdown or CSV.
