What is idea management software?
Idea management software is a system where a company collects ideas from its people, evaluates them against clear criteria and moves the best ones to a decision. Brainstormer adds AI to the slow parts: expanding rough ideas, finding duplicates, grouping themes and scoring every idea against your strategic goals.
How does the AI score ideas?
For every idea the AI rates impact, cost, risk and fit with each of your strategic goals on a 1 to 10 scale and writes a one sentence rationale. The total is calculated from those numbers with fixed weights and your own goal weights, so you can see exactly why an idea ranks where it does.
Who can submit ideas?
Everyone you invite to the workspace. Members submit and vote; the owner and admins open challenges, run the AI steps, merge duplicates and move ideas through the pipeline.
Is there a free plan?
No. You can run one demo challenge on the homepage without an account, and a new workspace includes a small one-time trial: one challenge, up to 3 people and 5 AI actions. Real use needs a plan.
Do we need a call to get started, even on Enterprise?
No. Every plan, Enterprise included, is bought by card on the billing page and active immediately. Invoices with your company details are available on Enterprise.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes, and yearly is half the monthly price. The pricing page shows yearly by default, with a switch to monthly.
Can we export our data?
Every paid plan exports challenges as CSV. Business adds the board report and the decision trail export, Enterprise adds a full workspace export in JSON. Your personal account data can be exported on any plan.
What happens to ideas that we reject?
They stay in the challenge with the stage Rejected and the reason in the decision trail, so the author sees the outcome and the idea can be revived later.
How is this different from asking a chat assistant for ideas?
A chat assistant answers one person in one conversation. Brainstormer runs a company process: a challenge the whole team answers, ideas scored against your own goals with written reasons, duplicates merged, a pipeline with decisions and an audit trail, and a report for leadership.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Members can submit, vote and read ideas in any modern browser on phone, tablet and desktop.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Challenges and ideas are visible only inside your workspace and are never used to train models. You can export your data and delete your account from the account page.
What happens when we cancel?
The plan stays active until the end of the paid period. After that the workspace falls back to the trial limits; nothing is deleted unless you delete it.
