Pricing questions
Is the price per user?
No. The price is per company workspace and includes up to 25, 150 or 1,000 people depending on the plan. Everyone you invite submits, votes and reads the results.
Why is yearly half the price?
A year costs the same as six months. You pay once a year and the plan runs for twelve months. The monthly option is there if you want to start smaller.
Is there a free plan or a free trial?
There is no free plan. You can run one demo challenge on the homepage without an account, and every new workspace includes a small one-time trial: one challenge, up to 3 people and 5 AI actions.
Can we buy Enterprise without a call?
Yes. Enterprise is bought on the billing page by card like the other plans and is active immediately. Invoices with your company details are available from the billing page afterwards.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Switching up or down happens on the billing page; the difference for the current period is charged or credited right away. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
What counts as an AI step?
Suggesting starter ideas, scoring a challenge, grouping themes and expanding an idea. Paid plans run them under a generous daily fair use limit per workspace; AI workshops have the monthly allowance shown in the table.
