What counts as a brainstorm?
One challenge you submit is one brainstorm: six personas answer it, and you get their ideas, a shortlist and one picked winner. A free account gets 3 of those a month. On every paid plan there is no monthly cap at all, which is the whole difference between free and paid.
How does yearly billing work?
Plans are billed yearly by default: Solo $192, Pro $468, Team $1,188 per year, which works out to $16, $39 and $99 per month. Monthly billing is available at $20, $49 and $129 if you prefer not to commit.
What does Team add over Pro?
Today, honestly, not much: uncapped brainstorms, invoicing on request instead of card only, and priority on support. There are no shared workspaces, no shared idea library and no in-app voting yet, so if you are buying for those, buy Pro accounts instead and do not pay the difference. Team is worth it when you want one invoice and a faster reply from us.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account in two clicks, no call required. Yearly plans stay active until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer invoicing?
Team can pay by card or ask us for an invoice; Enterprise is invoiced with a DPA and a security review. Contact us and we will set it up.
Is there a free plan?
There is no ongoing free tier, but a free account gets 3 full brainstorms every month at no cost and no credit card, and the studio on the homepage shows a sample run before you sign up at all. Paid plans do one thing: they remove the monthly cap. Three a month is a real trial, not a crippled one, because each of those three is the complete run.
